  • Admission criteria & right of enrollment into SMA lie with the management of the Academy.
  • The SMA management holds the right to refuse students based on class strength, attendance and the student’s interest and willingness to learn.
  • Any new student enrolled in SMA will have to mandatorily start their classes with the basic-level batches. Only after an assessment by the SMA faculty, would they be moved to higher levels.
  • Each batch will have not more than 10 students.
  • Classes are held ONCE a week. Duration of each class is 60 minutes. And an extra of 15 minutes is added to the duration in order to compensate for the all the holidays. By doing this there will be a total of 5 turns in a month.
  • Total of 48 turns will be given during the year.

  • Students who are enrolled with SMA have to adhere to the syllabus that is set by the faculty. The syllabus will be set based on the level of the batch and the progress of the students.
  • Students will be assessed for their attention in class, practice at home and attendance. The Academy holds the right to keep students at the same level or promote them to the next advanced levels based on this assessment.
  • To maintain professional standards during stages hows, students will be allowed to participate only after he or she completes two academic years with the Academy. However, extraordinarily hard-working students could be given a chance before this period, discretion lying with the SMA management.
  • In case a student is not attending the class for any reason, a text message has to be sent to the admin in charge. You can get 3 Compensations of classes missed from your end before your term of 6 months end.
  • Students who miss more than two classes in a row will have to catch up through recordings posted on the group.
  • For Children: We will be having 1 Jam Session per term and 1 theory exam per year in which we will provide a report card and a certificate for the same as well.
  • For Adults: We will be having 2 Jam Sessions per term – along with a theory exam held once in a year. A report card and a certificate will be provided for the same as well.

  • There will be 2 terms – January to June and July to December. Fees have to be paid before the 20thDecember for the term Jan to Jun and before 30thJune for the term July to December.
  • Fees once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted if the student skips classes or discontinue the class.

  • All inquiries and questions regarding classes will be responded by the admin in charge and none of the management and teaching members of SMA will respond to any personal messages.
  • If any Student/Parents wishes to speak with the teachers, they are requested to take a prior appointment or meet in person. Parents will not be allowed to meet the faculty during the class.
  • Apart from regular class lessons, no extra class practice will be entertained for any kind of school/college functions or any other private shows. If you wish to get trained for such events you can request for extra settings which will be charged on an hourly basis.
  • Calls regarding classes to the Academy will strictly be answered only during working hours:
        i) Tue/ Wed / Thurs/ Fri – 5.30pm to 8 pm

  • NO calls will be entertained after working hours. Personal calls or messages to any of the faculty will not be entertained.
  • Cars are strictly not allowed to be parked inside the building or in front of the building gates.

  • Admission criteria & right of enrollment into SMA lie with the management of the Academy.
  • The SMA management holds the right to refuse students based on class strength, attendance and the student’s interest and willingness to learn.
  • Any new student enrolled in SMA will have to mandatorily start their classes with the basic-level batches. Only after an assessment by the SMA faculty, would they be moved to higher levels.
  • Each batch will have not more than 10 students.
  • Classes are held ONCE a week. Duration of each class is 60 minutes. And an extra of 15 minutes is added to the duration in order to compensate for the all the holidays. By doing this there will be a total of 5 turns in a month.
  • Total of 48 turns will be given during the year.

  • There will be 2 terms – January to June and July to December. Fees have to be paid before the 20thDecember for the term Jan to Jun and before 30thJune for the term July to December.
  • Fees once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted if the student skips classes or discontinue the class.
  • Students wishing to continue have to pay their fees a month prior to the next term to reserve their admission.
  • Any change in the fee structure will be intimidated to students and for younger kids to their parents much before their new term.

  • All inquiries and questions regarding classes will be responded by the admin in charge and none of the management and teaching members of SMA will respond to any personal messages.
  • If any Student/Parents wishes to speak with the teachers, they are requested to take a prior appointment or meet in person. Parents will not be allowed to meet the faculty during the class.
  • Apart from regular class lessons, no extra class practice will be entertained for any kind of school/college functions or any other private shows. If you wish to get trained for such events you can request for extra settings which will be charged on an hourly basis.
  • Calls regarding classes to the Academy will strictly be answered only during working hours:
        i) Tue/ Wed / Thurs/ Fri – 5.30pm to 8 pm
        ii) Sat 11.30 am to 2 pm – On 9820833535
  • NO calls will be entertained after working hours. Personal calls or messages to any of the faculty will not be entertained.
  • Cars are strictly not allowed to be parked inside the building or in front of the building gates.
  • Students will be taken in only 5 min before their scheduled class and parents should be present 5 min prior to collect their child before the class ends.
